The development of the high power BALTUR Smile Energy MK family of boilers continues with boilers from 50kW to 160kW in stand-alone operation or with the possibility of stacking. The aim is to demonstrate the advantages of premixing and flame proportionality in high power central plants.
Smile Energy MK boilers are stainless steel central units with latent heat recovery from flue gas condensation. Its primary coil exchanger with additional secondary coils make it particularly suitable for the recovery of latent heat offering very high efficiencies (****Directive 92/42/CEE).
The premix combustion system offers a ratio range from 30% to 100% of maximum power, significantly reducing the number of ignitions and interruptions, thus extending the life of the cells. Nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions are extremely reduced and allow Smile Energy MK to be classified in the most ecological class (5th class UNI EN 297 and EN 483).
The new wall-mounted boilers, Smile Energy MK of the Italian company BALTUR SpA incorporate the most modern technologies in the combustion systems, ensuring a high level of efficiency with safety and reliability.

Smile Energy MK high power boilers have a spiral heat exchanger that ensures high water flows and low hydraulic losses. With three (3) large diameter coils it achieves a balanced hydraulic flow and is ideal not only for new installations but also for replacements in existing applications.

Modern control panel
Smile Energy boilers have a sophisticated control and management panel that has the function of external compensation pre-installed, without the need to add additional electronic components or boards. Only by adding an external temperature sensor is the compensation function activated. The large digital display screen shows all the functions of the boiler and through an easy menu you can configure and program the operation of the boiler according to the requirements of your installation.

Energy saving
Increasing the thermal efficiency of new buildings leads to a significant reduction in the heat required by a boiler. At the same time, in old buildings, fuel consumption can be reduced bycondition of a boiler that is able to adapt its operation according to the actual heating requirements.
The new BALTUR boilers are capable of immediately providing the necessary energy to ensure thermal comfort and production of domestic hot water, if required.
BALTUR SpA, with the new generation of boilers, has the ability to configure the power with a range of up to 1:10, according to the requirements of the installation. With this technology, the energy lost due to sudden power changes and sudden interruptions is reduced, achieving rational management and saving gas with reduced environmental impact.
In addition, the inverter circulator saves additional electricity by adapting its operation to the needs of each circuit.
