DELIVERY TO YOUR PLACE
For orders within N. Ilia, the products are sent to your place completely free of charge. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bulky and heavy products are excluded (e.g. stoves) for which there are transport costs even within N. Ilia and regardless of the height of the order.
All deliveries are made on the pavement.
It is possible to send your order by ELTA courier with a minimum charge of €4.34 (including VAT)
Throughout the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply. The total cost of transport is defined in consultation with her and depends on their weight and distance.
COLLECTION FROM THE STORE
You can pick up your products from our store located at 5 Erythrou Stavrou Street, opposite KTEL Pyrgos Ilia.
Because availability is constantly changing either in a telephone or online order, the indication "Immediate Pickup / Delivery 1-3 days" is confirmed ONLY if, after placing the order, you receive the relevant e-mail / telephone stating that your order is ready for pick up / delivery. Otherwise, your order follows the terms of use of the Online Store.
Under no circumstances should you start for collection if you have not received the relevant confirmation and we are not responsible for any inconvenience you may experience.
In case your order includes other things that are not available for immediate pickup / delivery, your order will be delivered when all your products are collected.
