Returns are accepted on products worth up to €100, except in cases of a factory defect in the product, where we undertake the service of your product and send it to you after consultation.

Returns are not accepted for products that are not in stock and are ordered from their manufacturing plants on behalf of the customer to order.

The above return arrangement applies only to the products that present a problem and not to the entire order. The information-consultation regarding all the above problems should be done in writing through the electronic contact platform at with specific information about the return codes and quantities, as well as the method and time of their return .

Returns are accepted only if the products being returned are in the same condition in which they were received by the user, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with and in any case they must not have been used and their packaging must be accompanying the product (including the usual labels/tags of the product/price which must not have been removed from the product). The products must be accompanied by their relevant purchase and delivery documents (eg invoice, delivery note, receipt, bill of lading, etc.).

If the product does not meet the above conditions, the company may not accept it and therefore refuse the replacement and the product will be returned to the user at his own expense.

In any case, any damage to the product during the return of the product to the network or the store, is solely borne by the user.

The network recommends that users carefully check at the time of delivery of their order the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging and label in order to identify any obvious defects.

In the case of a return of the products and depending on the way the user chose to pay for his order on the one hand, and on the other the way they will be returned, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date the network receives the products.
