Professional volcanic stone tabletop gas grill with 1 very powerful high performance burner.
It requires minimal warm-up time and offers excellent baking speed and quality. It is an ideal device for cuts of meat with less fat, such as beef tenderloin, steaks, skewers, burgers or lamb, but also for fish and seafood, because the stone gives a special flavor when grilling, just as charcoal did in the past. However, it is a safer option in terms of hygiene and functionality.
Intended for every small steakhouse, restaurant, snack bar, fish tavern, kitchen that emphasizes quality and taste. It is also the favorite auxiliary grill in the kitchen of many demanding chefs exclusively for fillets.
The high-power burner is designed to fire the stone, which maintains the high temperature for a long time and distributes it evenly on the cooking surface, thus ensuring greater absorption of energy without loss, and therefore reduced cooking costs.
The rotary knob of progressive flame adjustment achieves absolute control of the temperature on the grill for a perfect result in every type of grilling.
The ignition and monitoring of the flame is done with a piezo lighter and pilot, placed in a completely protected place from fats and oils on the front of the device for easy access.
