ACID CONDENSATE NEUTRALIZER FOR CONDENSING BOILERS

PROTECTS THE SEWAGE SYSTEM FROM CORROSION BY REVERSING THE PH OF CONDENSATE

The installation of condensing boilers is spreading rapidly thanks to the new environmental circulars.

However, these boilers produce acidic condensates that must be neutralized before being discharged into the sewer, in order not to cause damage to the piping of the home installation and the environment.

By installing the NT1 at the outlet of the boiler the condensate passes inside the neutralizer, bringing about a change in the pH of the water forcing it back to the prescribed limits, thus allowing free drainage, without causing damage to pipes, sinks or gutters.

From acidic pH to alkaline pH thanks to the neutralizing material with calcium carbonate granules.

> Atmospheric vent valve:

As provided by regulation UNI 7129-05. When removed, it allows the process of reloading with neutralizing material.

> Body transparent:

Thanks to the transparent body it is possible to always monitor the level of the neutralizing material.

> Neutralization material:

It is contained in the stainless steel sieve, and has a duration that depends on the acidity, the amount of concentrates and the hours of use. Be sure to periodically reload with neutralizing material and replace completely every year.

NT1 allows to maintain the pH of the condensates always within ideal limits, even in the case of a long stay of the condensates in the filter (for example in the case that the boiler remains switched off, during the night, etc.).

It is necessary to install the NT1 in a vertical position.
