Gas grill with water fat collector on one or two levels, which offers the possibility of automatic rotation of roasts which are placed on a straw (souvlaki, sausage, kebab). In this way, uniform cooking is achieved, without "drying" the meat (due to the presence of water in the drawer) and of course you minimize the time of supervision.
In case the user wants to cook other types of meat (burgers, steaks, pancetta, etc.) the mechanism is lifted and placed on the grill. It has an electronically controlled ignition button and the power of the burners can be adjusted according to the needs of the user through safety switches and a thermometer. The single-level device includes a 20- or 40-position rotation mechanism depending on the user's needs, and the corresponding two-level mechanism includes a 77-position mechanism.
