SER GAS Water Grills are the next step in grilling technology. Their peculiarity is the existence of a drawer under the grill and the burners in which water is placed, which affects the cooking process in two ways:
On the one hand, it works as a fat collector in which the fat dripping from the grill is "turned off". This results in the reduction of smoke in the workplace to a minimum, which every professional knows what it means.
On the other hand, the presence of water near the grilling surface creates an environment saturated with water vapor that "forces" the grilled food to retain its natural juices and acquire a distinct flavor.
Especially for the case where very fatty meats are grilled, the Zeta type grill is available, which provides the possibility of collecting and removing all the fat, as well as trapping all the heat produced by the device on the cooking surface, zeroing the losses
All parts of the device (frame, burner, external surfaces) are made of stainless steel, the safety of combustion is constantly controlled by a safety valve (thermometers) and they have a piezo igniter and a pilot for lighting the burner. As with all SER GAS gas devices, the burner nozzles can be adjusted for any gas. They carry the CE mark.
