Suitable for keeping hot, without drying burgers, sausages, omelettes.
At the bottom it has 2 G/N ½ X 10 (32cmx 26.5cm x 10cm) basins which are heated by a water heater placed directly below them.
The 2nd level has 3 G/n 1/3x6.5 bowls (32cmx 17.5cm x 6.5cm) Heating on the 2nd level is also achieved by 2 tough glass lamps 175W each placed directly above the Gastronom bowls.
The temperature on the 1st level is controlled by a thermostat 30 - 90° C.
While the operation of the lamps is controlled by a 3 position switch.
