Tabletop gas hob with 2 very powerful burners that can be combined with other Vimitex 700 series machines to give an aesthetic identity to your professional kitchen. It can meet the needs of luxury and haute cuisine restaurants of small dynamics, as it offers strong performance, speed and flexibility for different cooking techniques.
Equipped with a removable flame distributor which guarantees excellent temperature distribution and smooth, continuous operation without problems. The regulation of the flame of the hobs is done by the corresponding switch with a progressive increase and decrease, so that we achieve absolute control of the temperature during the cooking process. The cast iron bases provide stability to the utensils and comfort in the movements of the user.
Made of excellent quality materials, it ensures reliability and long-term use without problems.
