Gas stove with 2 very powerful burners for powerful performance and speed. Ideal device for professional use in medium dynamic restaurants, kitchens, fish restaurants and fast food restaurants with moderate production requirements, which use large pots and pans. It can also effectively respond to the needs of bakery and confectionery businesses.
Suitable for cooking in a pot, boiling pasta, greens, vegetables, for simple but also for deep frying. The burner is designed so that the flames strike vertically at the bottom of the pan like a blowtorch and at the same time spread evenly, offering greater energy savings due to the large diameter of the burner.
The burner flame is regulated by the corresponding switch with progressive adjustment, in order to ensure absolute control of the temperature during the cooking process
