Floor-standing, autonomous gas hob designed for catering units with high production potential, pastry workshops, bakeries but also for fish taverns, restaurants, hotels and high-traffic kitchens, which use utensils with a large diameter (up to 450mm).
Equipped with 2 very powerful burners for powerful performance and speed, it is ideal for quick cooking, boiling, sautéing for simple as well as deep frying. Available with an open or closed base cabinet for extra storage.
The burner is designed so that the flames strike vertically at the bottom of the pan like a blowtorch and at the same time spread evenly, offering greater energy savings.
The regulation of the flame of the hobs is done by the corresponding switch with progressive increase and decrease, so as to ensure absolute control of the temperature during the cooking process.
A removable drawer under the entire surface of the device makes cleaning very easy and the machine functional.
