The DOST 090 electric gyro knife, a product of the homonymous German company that specializes in the manufacture and marketing of quality gyro knives for the last 20 years, is a particularly popular model, ideal for professionals consuming up to 80 kg of gyros per day. Weighing only 860 grams, the DOST 090 is easy to use and flexible thanks to its 2.5 meter long cable, which is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance procedures.
The cutting disc of the leading company F. DICK is ventilated so as not to overheat, but also extremely durable, its plastic parts and metal parts are particularly durable, which makes the DOST 090 one of the most effective, durable and efficient gyro knives of the market. All its parts and accessories are detachable, to clean and reassemble easily and quickly, without tools.
It is suitable for all types of meat and allows manual adjustment of the round's cutting thickness (from 1 to 10mm). A saw blade is also available as an extra. The package includes a sharpener, which offers greater independence to the user.
*DOST 090 is cleaned with running tap water. It is noted, however, that the cleaning process should be done with special care, as the penetration of water may cause a short circuit.
