Dost D100 Electric Gyro Knife with rotating cutting disc.
The DOST 100 electric gyro knife, a product of the German company of the same name that specializes in the manufacture and marketing of quality gyro knives for the last 20 years, is the ideal choice for professionals who consume up to 110 kg of gyros per day.
With a weight of only 990 grams and an ergonomic handle that facilitates long hours of use, the DOST 100 is a useful tool, suitable for all types of meat, with the possibility of manually adjusting the thickness of the slice of the round (from 1 to 10 mm).
Its plastic parts and metal parts are particularly durable and detachable, to be cleaned and replaced easily and quickly, without tools. The cutting disc of the leading company F. DICK is ventilated so as not to overheat, but also extremely durable. A saw blade is also available as an extra. The package includes a sharpener, which offers greater independence to the user.
*DOST 100 is cleaned with running tap water. It is noted, however, that the cleaning process should be done with special care, as the penetration of water may cause a short circuit.
