The electric gyro knife DOST 120, a product of the German company of the same name that specializes in the manufacture and marketing of quality gyro knives for the last 20 years, is a model that fully satisfies the needs of professionals in the field with a consumption that exceeds 120 kg of gyros per day.
Easy to use, like all the company's knives, sturdy, with an ergonomic handle that adapts to the user's natural posture and a manual reset switch that facilitates long-term use. Its plastic parts and metal parts are particularly durable and detachable, to be cleaned and replaced easily and quickly, without tools.
The cutting disc of the leading company F. DICK is ventilated so as not to overheat, but also extremely durable. The DOST 120 is suitable for all types of meat, with the possibility of manual adjustment of the round's cutting thickness (from 1 to 10mm), which ensures precision and uniformity in the result. The gear box it has, makes the DOST 120 resistant to heavy use and extremely reliable.
The package includes a sharpener, which offers greater independence to the user, while it is possible to purchase a saw blade for even higher yields.
*DOST 120 is cleaned with running tap water. It is noted, however, that the cleaning process should be done with special care, as the penetration of water may cause a short circuit.
