A thermostat and a timer program the operation of the entire system while the addition of steam is done by pressing a button at the time chosen by the user and for as long as he deems necessary.
It has a double-glazed door and chamber lighting to make it easy to monitor the cooking process at any time. Up to five Gastronom 1/1 type utensils or up to five 400 x 600 mm sheets can be placed on the shelves inside.
