The desired temperature is selected with a high safety gas switch with a thermostat and monitored by a digital thermometer. The door is of a bakery oven type with a fire-resistant glass front for easy import and export of the products and direct monitoring of the inner chamber. Their capacity is 12 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm.
