This is the classic series of electric ovens for use in pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, patisseries, etc. Their long-standing successful presence in the field is a result of their reliable and economical operation, while their ability to handle large loads without difficulty has established them as the standard selection of the most serious businesses. Their operating temperature is regulated by two thermostats and they have a fire-resistant plate and interior lighting. The door is of a bakery oven type for easy import and export of the products and has a window to monitor the interior avoiding continuous opening and closing.
For all models, a cloth is available that is heated by its own resistance, in which the user can keep the already cooked food warm (while the next batch is being cooked) or do some auxiliary tasks (dough preparation, etc.). The ovens of the K series can be installed either as independent units or in combinations (floors) that include more than one oven or stove. Thus, one can create a flexible system whose capacity can be increased in the future along with the eventual increase in its requirements.
